– construction of three new two to three storey buildings to allow for increase student population from 750 to 1000, containing:
§ 34 homebase spaces; with perforated ceilings to reduce room reverbs
§ canteen;
§ administration facilities;
§ staff facilities; and
§ special program/counselling rooms.
