Who We Are

Durnco Group commenced trading in 1979 and now has over 200 trade staff involved in residential and commercial fit-out projects and is able to draw upon quality sub-contractors for specialised trade work.

Each client is assured of the director’s personal involvement and total commitment as we are dedicated to establishing long term relationships with our new clients as well as maintaining our ongoing commitment with our existing clients.

Durnco currently holds an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement with the CFMEU till 2022.

Durnco Group Pty Ltd was the proud winners of two Association of Wall and Ceiling Industries (AWCI) NSW awards of Excellence in 2019 for the following categories of; ‘Commercial over $500,000’ and ‘Overall Winner’.

Charlie Napoletano

Director

Gyprocker/ Plasterer with over 40 years’ experience in commercial and residential developments. Charlie manages numerous teams working on large scale commercial fit out projects. He has experience in projects administration, site management and industrial relations.

Joe Qiao

Director

Gyprocker / plaster with 25 years’ experience in residential developments varying from small to large scale projects. Experience in project administration and all facets of labour control, site management and industrial relations on residential plastering projects for leading project home builders major construction companies.

Patrick Napoletano

Director

Carpenter / Gyprocker with over 15 years’ experience in commercial and residential developments. Specialising in fit-outs, multi storey apartment buildings, aged care facilities, NSW school projects and the retail sector.
